Introducing Women in Processing, a new networking group dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the powder and bulk solids processing industry.
Despite the increasing demand for skilled professionals in this field, women are vastly underrepresented, making up only 16.5% of the engineering workforce. Women in Processing aims to address this disparity by providing a space for women to connect and build support networks, mentor each other, and grow their careers.
Led by a team of committed industry leaders, our group will offer virtual and in-person meetups, networking events, and learning opportunities to foster community and help women feel accepted and supported in this male-dominated industry. Join us today and be part of the change!
